B8 Real Estate is the landlord of unit 8 and also occupy the first floor. They have a niche practice based in Darebury and provide professional advice throughout the Distribution and Industrial sectors. The Partners collective experience in both niche and large corporate practices have seen them involved in the majority of large North West property transactions within their sector over the past 25 years.

LayTec UK occupy the ground floor of the same building and are a tenant of B8 Real Estate. LayTec offers integrated metrology for thin-film deposition and other high value generating processes.

Having been recommended by a previous Client we assisted B8 to specify the correct materials to suit the require look of their new office. We completed a turnkey project including building regulation applications, carpet, partitioning, kitchen installation and air-conditioning, electrical, and raised access floor alterations. The proprietary partitioning selected was a combination of different systems within the range to allow for a floor to ceiling mural to be used within the reception area.

Having successfully completed the above project B8 recommended us to LayTec UK who were to become a tenant on the ground floor and who were again looking for a company that could produce a quality turnkey project. LayTect also required a company that had experience in laboratories and dark room design and installations as 50% of their floor space was to be used in this way.
